My wife and I contracted with Distinguished Homes to demolish our previous residence in Greenwood and then build our new home on the cleared block. We had received excellent recommendations of their standard & workmanship from our neighbours and their new extensions. The project was brought in on time and pleasingly on budget. Nothing was too much trouble and any alterations or amendments to the plans where completed without any fuss or fanfare. As we did not live in Perth at the time during the build process it was important to us that the builders maintained contact with regular updates on progress. They did fulfil this obligation to our satisfaction, and they were happy to work to our site visits when we flew in for viewings. Adrian from Distinguished Homes has delivered a fantastic custom-built house that will become our home when we finally get to move into it on our return to Perth in late 2013. We are pleased that the project has delivered something we, and Adrian as the builder, should be extremely proud of. My husband and I contacted Distinguished Homes in 2008 regarding a renovation we were considering on our home in Mt Hawthorn. Adrian has been our main contact and has acted in the capacity of project manager.Any details relating to the contract, including queries, specifications and variations made to the contract have been devised and implemented by Adrian. Adrian has also acted in the role of site manager and as such has been on site daily for periods of up to ten hours. His commitment and level of involvement on this project has ensured the highest standard of building.
